1. Vegetable Potato Soup
Ingredients1 tbsp butter
20 g onion, chopped
100 g chicken meat, cut into small pieces
250 ml chicken broth
500 ml of fresh milk
400 g potatoes, peeled, cut into small pieces
8 beans, sliced across ½ cm
50 g carrots, diced small
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
2 tsp salt
How to make:
Melt butter, saute onion until fragrant and withered.
Enter the chicken meat, stirring until stiff.
Pour the chicken and milk broth and bring to a boil.
Enter the potatoes, beans, carrots and spices.
Simmer until the vegetables are soft.
Lift, serve warm.
Servings for 6 servings.
2. Sweet Corn Potato Soup
Ingredients150 g potatoes, peeled, cut into small pieces
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
30 g chopped chicken meat
30 g of sweet corn seeds
2 baby beans, roughly sliced
400 ml chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
30 g red tomatoes, cut into pieces
How to make:
Boil the potatoes until soft and drain.
Saute garlic until fragrant.
Enter the chicken meat, stirring until stiff.
Enter sweet corn, beans and broth.
Simmer until corn is ripe.
Enter pepper, salt and tomatoes.
Bring it to life. Lift
Serve for 1 serving.
