Tuna fish is one of the fish with very soft meat, it taste special and delicious, on this occasion we will process fried tuna by using Crispy flour, This is very liked by children, but not only our children are very fond of this food . if you want to make it please you practice how to make Tuna Crispy.

Tomato Crispy Ingredients
1/2 tail of tuna
lime juice to taste

Crispy flour
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon rice flour
2 tablespoons of coriander powder
1 tablespoon fine salt
1 tablespoon pepper powder

How to Make Tuna Crispy

  1. Clean the fish and add the lime so it will not smell fishy
  2. Sprinkle fish with cilantro powder and salt, then let stand briefly
  3. Make crispy flour dough by chalking all the ingredients till flattened
  4. Divide the flour into two parts
  5. Roll the fish on the first dough while pressing the fish to stick the flour to the fish
  6. Remove and then roll again on the second flour
  7. Do it on all the remaining fish
  8. Heat oil, fry the fish until it turns golden or mature
